Beer and Cheese Pairing

Join us and Truffle Cheese Shop for another awesome beer and cheese pairing!

It is $25 (plus tax) per ticket and the pairing will include 4 kinds of cheese paired with 4 different beers (4 ounces each). It will be led and guided by Copper Kettle's owner, Jeremy, as well as Lisa from Truffle Cheese Shop.

Each pairing participant will also have early access to purchase our AGED 2022 Sobremesa cans as well as this year's new batch (2023) on DRAFT! Sobremesa is our Strong Pale Ale aged in tequila barrels with lime and agave added and they will be released to the public on Friday, May 5. We decided to properly age our 2022 cans so you buy a cellared version! This year's 2023 version of Sobremesa will be on DRAFT only. If you participate in the pairing, you will have access to both the 2023 draft and the 2022 aged cans that evening (May 4)!

The event starts at 6:30 PM, please arrive on time as this is not a self-guided pairing. We can't wait to see you all for another delicious pairing!
