Copper Kettle Brewing Company is a locally owned mom and pop brewery with a tasting room established in Denver in 2011, surrounded by local neighborhoods. CKBC seeks to create what America seems to have lost: a local neighborhood bar in which we strive to know your name and your story. Sit down, relax, and enjoy a beer with new and old friends.

Jeremy Gobien, Ph.D

Jeremy has been a homebrewer with his wife Kristen for years in their home in Raleigh, NC. Jeremy decided to put his engineering and brewing experience to the test by opening Copper Kettle Brewing Company in 2011. He has his Ph.D from NC State in material science engineering and has found many similarities between his degree and brewing. Jeremy also runs a business designing brewing equipment for craft breweries large and small.

Kristen Kozik

Kristen is responsible for managing the daily operations of the business, along with wearing multiple hats around the brewery as needed. Kristen is a pediatric medical science liaison supporting Day One Biopharmaceuticals. She'll never turn down a beer if it includes chilling out in her backyard with Jeremy, their dog Charlie and watching her kids play. (Our regulars call her "K1").

Anna Long

Anna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from the University of Iowa. Anna is originally from snowy Minnesota but found her way to Denver in 2019. She loves anything Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and her dream is to visit Hobbiton in New Zealand. When she is not at the brewery, she owns her own graphic design agency, Norlo Design, which specializes in design for the craft beverage industry.

Gabe Masry

Gabe hails from New Hampshire and has 20+ years of experience in craft beer. He's done it all from home brewing to serving. Gabe has many years of music experience as a guitar player and loves talking music. Gabe has three dogs and they are all named after the band, Phish.

Greg Moore

Greg is originally from upstate New York and has lived in Colorado since 2008. He has a B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Connecticut. When not brewing, cleaning, or counting things he spends his time going to shows with his wife Meredith or playing in the backyard with his cocker spaniel Maibock.

Wil Roach

Originally from Philadelphia, Wil grew up in New Hampshire before bouncing around a bit to Pittsburgh, Pensacola, England, Flagstaff, Tempe, Boston, and San Diego before landing in Denver in 2007. He's been in the US Air Force, and has worked as a travel agent, carpenter, and everything imaginable in the food and beverage industry, including 12 years in the beer industry. Go Red Sox!

Phil Natale

Phil holds an Associate Degree in Brewing from Siebel Institute of Technology in addition to a degree in Biology from Pepperdine. He has lived in California, Germany, and Chicago. He has two young kids and as a Colorado native, spends his free time cycling, snowboarding, and sipping on the fruits of his labor.

Matt Taylor

Matt is a Colorado native and is no stranger to beer. He has been a home brewer and loves hazy IPAs and lagers. Matt has a degree in the music business and has booked shows all around the country. He loves all music but is a punk rocker at heart.

Sarah Reinhardt

Sarah hails from Long Island, New York, and is an avid music lover. Sarah is German and lived in Berlin for a couple of months, and absolutely loves everything about German beer. Sarah used to race dirtbikes and is a serious badass.

Meghan Hunt

Originally from Florida, Meghan found her way to Denver in 2011. Meghan majored in Psychology and Spanish, and then went back to school to study industrial design. She loves traveling and adventure and has lived in Chile, Spain, Germany, and Indonesia. You can find Meghan hanging with her friends, husband, and her awfully cute dog, Ash.

Seth Walker

Seth was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, but has lived in Colorado since 2013. He has a PhD from the University of Denver and has been a craft beer and mead geek for most of his life. He absolutely loves the outdoors, so whenever he’s not reading, writing, fermenting, or engulfed in some sort of sci-fi/fantasy, Seth is usually hiking, camping, stargazing, foraging, wildcrafting, or traveling abroad with his wife and kids.
